Council of Program Executives (COPE)

Mission

The Council of Program Executives' purpose is to support faith-based executive leadership development and to encourage supportive relationships amongst social ministry leaders.

Major Events and Activities

COPE organizes an annual weekend retreat with topics and speakers relevant to the current interests and needs of Lutheran agency leadership.  Participation in the annual LSA conference is also a planning activity of the group.  COPE also provides professional support and development through formal and informal networking among members.
