11/17/08 - Executive Director - Orlando Lutheran Towers: Orlando Lutheran Towers is seeking an Executive Director for its 249 independent living apartments, 108 assisted living apartments and 139 skilled nursing beds. The new Executive Director will provide leadership and strategic direction for all aspects of the CCRC. The position requires a seasoned executive, well experienced in continuing care, who will quickly build credibility with residents and staff, as well as demonstrate the business savvy and leadership essential to position the CCRC strategically in the market. Immediate priorities include enhancing financial performance and increasing profitability; reevaluating the CCRC model to keep up with current market trends and contend with increasing competition; and building a cohesive, strong management team.
