Vocation: Charting a Personal Path to Leadership and Creating a Positive Organizational Culture

LSA's Leadership Academy is designed to help high level staff from Lutheran social ministry organizations gain knowledge and improve leadership skills. Participants will:
- Grow in an understanding of vocation in Lutheran organizations and in their careers.
- Grasp the values essential to Lutheran social ministry and translate them into expectations for leaders.
- Gain skills in how to be a good steward of resources and evaluate financial results.
- Identify leadership milestones in their career paths.
- Learn techniques to create a positive culture in their organizations.

SCHEDULE:
The Leadership Academy begins on Sunday, January 18, with a welcome dinner at 6:00 p.m. and ends Wednesday night, January 21. Please schedule your departure for Thursday.
The Franciscan Renewal Center is located 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The 23-acre spiritual oasis is in the heart of the Paradise Valley/Scottsdale resort district.
